Process

Internship Program

XenonStack Internship Program is a 6 months to 12 months full time program for students in their final year. This program is divided into 3 phases:

1. Foundation Phase

The Foundation Phase is the first phase of Internship Program at XenonStack. It would be 35 days (250 hours) remote training to boost your career prospects.

  • The Foundation Phase is divided into 5 Modules. You have to complete each module in 1 week.

  • After completion of all the Modules, you will have a 45 minutes discussion with the XenonStack Team. During this meeting you will be analyzed on your communication skills, presentation skills, knowledge of the modules and willingness to learn.

  • After successful completion of the Foundation Phase, you will join the team in our Office.

2. Initiative and Build Phase

This phase is of 60 Days. During this phase, you will be given different Technical Tasks related to different technologies.

  • You will be analysed regularly on your communication skills, regularity, ability and willingness to follow the process and culture of the organization.

  • At the end of the Initiative and Build Phase, you will have 40 minutes discussion with the Project Coordinator and your Technical Mentor. Based on your performance and assessment, profile will be allocated.

3. Performance and Team Integration

This is the last and the most important phase of the Internship Program. This phase will determine your future in the organization.

  • This phase is for 90 days. During this time, you will be given Profile Specific work. You will be analysed on your ability to understand the task, timely task completion, coordination with the team and effective communication.

  • At the end of this phase, you will have 30 minutes discussion and On Boarding Process will be initiated.

Process

New Graduates

New Graduates program focus on candidates who have completed their Bachelor's or Master’s Degree and have a minimum 6 months of corporate experience.

1.Initial Phase

This phase is for 30 days. During this phase, you will be provided training related to your profile.

  • You will be analysed regularly on your communication skills, regularity, ability and willingness to follow the process and culture of the organization.

  • At the end of the Initiative and Build Phase, you will have 30 minutes discussion with the Project Coordinator and your Technical Mentor. Your performance and assessment will determine your future in the organization.

2. Build Phase

This phase is of 60 days. During this phase, you will be directly working with the technology heads. You will be given tasks on the live projects.

  • You will be analysed on your ability to understand the task, solution approach, collaboration with the team, initiatives taken and analytical ability.
